Residential Price Guide
Each project we take on is unique and requires an individual approach. In the beginning, there is always a personal conversation with our client to fully understand their project vision. Following that, we can prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work and the fee for our interior design services. Below is a guideline for residential projects based on past projects and experience:

1 bedroom apartment from £3,500
2-3 bedroom apartment starting at £6,500
4 bedroom apartment / house starting at £9,500
The above fees include a full interior design service from concept to completion. The prices are for guidance only as we prepare individual quotes for each of our projects based on the actual size, scope of work and services required.

Our in-house 3D studio can bring each design to life to help our clients get the best possible preview of the finished interior. This service is optional and available at the following prices:
Price per room £750-1,250 depending on the size of the room and the complexity of the interior
