  • Our professional in-house 3D design team brings each design to life in a photorealistic visual, allowing our clients to preview the finished product or interior before committing.

  • We offer off-the-shelf solutions and bespoke soft furnishings and furniture designs that complement the overall look and feel of the interior and align with the client's needs and lifestyle. We have built invaluable and long-lasting relationships with our network of suppliers and expert craftspeople who assist us with creating pieces that are not only fit for purpose but also impeccable.

  • From product research, order placement & tracking, product consolidation, and cost management to white glove delivery, every aspect is carefully considered and handled efficiently.

  • From start to finish, we represent our clients and work closely with all contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure a seamless implementation. Regular site meetings are held for quality assurance. If you have any questions, we are always at hand to help and guide our clients through their projects from concept to completion.

  • We collaborate with a trusted and experienced team of builders and contractors, some of whom we have worked with for almost a decade. Our trade partners offer all required construction, refurbishment, and re-decoration services and are committed to delivering projects to the highest standards. We are also happy to work with client-appointed contractors if you prefer.

The Process.

Each project we take on is unique and requires an individual approach. Initially, we begin with an in-depth conversation with the client to understand their project vision, aspirations, and design taste. Following that, we begin to create an initial concept design, which is then further developed and refined into a complete interior design—our primary goal is to create a seamless experience from concept to completion.

  • After the brief has been fully understood, the concept design is the first step of each project. A general layout will be drawn on a scale floor plan, displaying the general furniture & lighting layout. Mood boards with inspirational images including colour schemes, fabrics, and finishes will support the first design presentation.

  • Once the concept design is approved, our talented 3D studio creates photorealistic impressions to bring the design to life. This preview allows our clients to change the plan before committing.

  • Following the approval of the concept design and visualisation, each element is meticulously specified, and supplier and contractor quotes are requested. A detailed cost overview is always presented to the client for approval before commencing the project.

  • The contractors are scheduled, and product orders are placed. We will also provide the contractors with all necessary work schedules and drawings.

    In liaison with the site management, we oversee the implementation. Regular site visits and meetings are scheduled to review the progress and identify areas that need attention.

    Once the contractors have completed their work and the property is ready to be furnished, we schedule deliveries and ensure a smooth white glove delivery. We can also help place furniture, artwork, and accessories and add finishing touches.

  • Upon completion, we will inspect the property and identify areas that need to be corrected (snagging) before handing it over to the client. Should any areas of the interior require attention after the official handover, we will swiftly attend and resolve any issues with minimal interruption.
