  • From start to finish, we represent our clients and work closely with all contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure a seamless implementation. Regular site meetings are held for quality assurance. For any questions that arise, we are always at hand to assist and guide our clients through their projects from concept to completion.

  • We collaborate with a trusted and experienced team of builders and contractors, some of which we have worked with for almost a decade. Our trade partners offer all required construction, refurbishment, and re-decoration services and are committed to delivering projects to the highest standards. We are also happy to liaise with client-appointed contractors if preferred.

The Process.

Each project we take on is unique and requires an individual approach. Initially, there is always an in-depth conversation with the client to understand their project vision fully. Following that, we create a concept design, which is then developed and refined into a complete interior design—our primary goal is to create an exceptional client experience from concept to completion.

  • By studying each project's requirements and following the project brief, we develop a concept design, displaying the general layout with furniture & lighting on a scale floor plan. We produce mood boards that include color schemes, fabrics, and finishes.

  • Once the concept design is approved, our talented 3D studio creates photorealistic impressions that bring the project to life. This design preview enables our clients to make amendments to the design and before committing.

  • Following the approval of the concept design and visualisation, each element is specified, supplier quotes are requested, and contractors are furnished with schedules of work and drawings required for the implementation. A detailed cost overview is presented to the client for their approval.

  • Upon approval of the scheme, the necessary trades are scheduled, and the orders for furniture, fittings and equipment are placed. In liaison with the contractor's site management, we oversee the design implementation. Regular site visits and meetings are scheduled to review the progress and identify areas that need attention. Once the contractors have completed their work and the site is ready for furniture, soft furnishings, and other fittings, we schedule deliveries and with ensure a smooth installation. We can also help with the placement of furniture, art, and accessories and the finishing touches.

  • Upon completing all installations, we inspect the property and identify areas that need to be corrected (snagging) before handing it over to the client. Should any areas of the interior require to be fixed after handover, we continue to assist our clients in swiftly rectifying any issues with minimal interruption.
